15 Banded tendon repair

Nashville, TN

On the 10th floor of an active construction project, a banded group of 15 strands were damaged due to concrete not being fully cured at the time of stressing. Our team was able to mobilize quickly. We pulled 7,425 feet (1.4 MILES) of new cable through the existing slab, installed new heads, and re-stressed just in time for the next critical path pour to keep the project schedule moving.

FITNESS CENTER RE-DEVELOPMENT

Kansas City, KS

On planned re-development, we provided an engineered shoring system, de-tensioned PT, demoed a portion of a suspended PT slab, reconfigured the PT profiles, poured new slab edge, and re-stressed the strands for a new architectural opening.

Balcony repair

Charleston, SC

One single strand was damaged on this balcony while a customer was installing a new window system while renovating a building. Our team mobilized quickly and the repair done in a few hours. Now matter the location or the size of the project, we can react quickly.

Existing hotel renovation

Clarksville, TN

On the renovation of an existing hotel (built in the early 1980s), a contractor sawed through 2 groups of 2 uniform strands. Our team pushed over 90’ in length for each of the 4 strands through the old slip-jacket encapsulation system to get this building’s structural integrity back intact. An intermediate stress allowed the GC to keep from tearing open the building’s facade.

4 Tendons Damaged

Charlotte, NC

On an active construction project, a contractor drilled through 4 uniform strands. Our team mobilized, relocated, and reconfigured new heads and the stressing orientation to avoid major electrical reroute work for the general contractor. Our team always provide options that best suite all stakeholders on the project.
